What to include in a one-day Gastro tour in Istanbul?
I’m planning a one-day gastronomy tour for 10 chefs in Istanbul, and I was wondering what to include in it.
Can you give me any suggestions, please?
Are there any farms/plantations/agro-tourism places near Istanbul (near as in max. 1-2 hour drive) that we could visit?
What do you think: Are there any restaurants/hotels that could be persuaded to let us in their kitchens for an hour or two? We are interested in both traditional and modern Turkish cuisine.:)
